• June 20th 2006 Nexus’ Shares was traded on the Norwegian OTC-market
  
• March 30st 2007 Nexus’ shares trades on Oslo Stock Exchange (ticker NEXUS)
  
• June 18th 2007 the contract for Nexus 2 was signed
  Option for one FPSO similar to Nexus 1
  
• December 27th 2007 Nexus was certified according to
  ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 1800
• November 2009 the Nexus 1 vessel was sold
