Anders Holm (CEO)
Prior to joining Nexus Floating Production as CEO in 2006, Mr Holm managed several of APL's main projects since 1994 when he was employed in APL. From 2001 and onwards he was the Engineering Manager of APL. Prior to joining APL, Mr Holm worked 6 years with Skanska and Kværner as senior structural engineer. Mr Holm holds a M.Sc. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and is a business graduate from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration (NHH).
Mr Holm resides in Arendal, Norway.

Arild Bårdsen (CFO)
Mr. Bårdsen was employed as CFO of Nexus Floating Production in April 2007. Prior to Joining Nexus, Mr. Bårdsen has accumulated more than 20 years of experience from executive positions in several Norwegian Industrial companies. From 1994 to 2007 he was CFO in Hydro Aluminium Fundo AS and Fundo Wheels AS. From 1998 he was assisting CEO in the same company. Mr. Bårdsen holds an MBA from MASTRA-NHH and a M.Com from NHH.

Johan Beek     (FPSO advisor)
Mr Beek has been engaged by APL and Nexus Floating Production since July 2005 and has extensive experience from the offshore oil and gas industry. From 1970 to 1980 Mr. Beek participated in the design, construction and delivery of semi submersible drilling rigs delivered by Aker. From 1980 to 1990 he was employed by Norwegian Rig Consultants and held the position of Design and Engineering Manager. From 1990 he was Technical Manager Floating Production for Tentech International as well as Senior Vice President Technology with Maritime Tentech forming part of Aker Kværner Engineering and Technology. During this period he was responsible for the development of the “Tentech FPSO’s” and was also project manager for the Norne FPSO ordered by Statoil. During the same period he was also engaged in sales and marketing. Mr. Beek graduated as a naval architect (M.Sc.)
