Finn Bjørnstad (Chairman)
Mr Bjørnstad is a partner in the Wikborg & Rein's Oslo office. Most of his clients are Norwegian and foreign banks and shipowners, and his main areas of practice are: issues relating to newbuildings/conversion projects for ships, financing and purchase/sale/affreightment of ships and offshore vessels, project finance for different assets in Norway and abroad, as well as towards the private equity market – both for investors and brokers – in connection with establishing projects in Norway and abroad.

Carl K Arnet (Vice Chairman)
Carl Krogh Arnet is CEO of BW Offshore and APL. Mr Arnet has been employed as Managing Director of APL since 1996. Prior to joining APL, Mr Arnet had various positions at Norsk Hydro in the period from 1981 to 1996 including Offshore Installation Manager and Vice President. Mr Arnet holds an M.Sc. from the The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Mr Arnet holds a number of board memberships and chairmanships in companies not related to the oil and gas sector.

Harry J Bitounis (Director)
Harry Bitounis has over ten years experience in the oil sector. He has served as Oil Gas & Chemicals manager in Societe Generale de Surveillance, a Swiss multinational corporation. Currently he is employed with Tsakos shipping & Trading an Athens based shipping company with over 80 vessels under management. His primary role is to explore investment opportunities in the greater energy sector for the Group and in particular, passive and active investments in worldwide E&P companies. Harry was born in Athens Greece in 1970 and has a Masters degree in International Business from London's Schiller University.

Jean-Jacques Royant (Director)
Mr. Royant has extensive international experience in the oil and gas business, and large contact network throughout the industry value chain in France, North Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Royant has served the last 12 years as International Cooperation Manager in GEP French O&G Industries Council. Prior to this he spent the period from 1981 to 1995 in TOTAL, working as Project Manager and Deputy Project Director. Here he was involved in a variety of different LNG and offshore projects: Snøhvit, the Weizhou FPSO and ADNOC LNG among others. Mr. Royant holds an engineering degree in Petroleum engineering from Institut Français du pétrole and an International business degree from Assas Paris.

Knut R Sæthre  (Director)
Knut R. Sæthre is Chief Financial Officer of BW Offshore (BWO). Prior to joining BWO he held the position as Finance Director of APL Plc and President of APL Norway.

Mr Sæthre has his background within finance and the offshore industry, and has 18 years of international experience. He was previously employed by Aker Kværner and ABB, holding several executive positions, like Senior Vice President and CFO. Mr Sæthre holds a lic.rer.pol degree from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and an MBA degree in strategic management from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
