Dividend policy

The Company has not established a dividend policy.
The reason for this is that the Company is at present in a project phase, were the Company has no revenues. A dividend policy will be established when the Company moves into an operational phase in accordance with the established strategy.

The Company’s objectives are however to create lasting values and provide competitive returns to its shareholders through profitability and growth
