Transfer to Oslo Axess

Oslo Børs has decided to transfer the company's shares to listing on Oslo Axess as of 22nd December 2009. Before the first day of trading on Oslo Axess, the company must fulfill the requirement in respect of publication of a document equivalent to a summary of prospectus, cf Securities Trading Regulations section 7-2 cf Securities Trading Act section 7-5 (1) number 11.
