Summons to Bondholder Meetings

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 28 October 2009

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 28 October 2009 regarding the sale of the Nexus 1 FPSO. 

The company has today summoned to the bondholder meetings for its second lien bond loan and convertibel bond loan which will be held on 11 November 2009, and in which the bondholders are asked to give their vote in connection to the restructuring proposal.
