Bondholders approving deferral of interest payments

Reference is made to the press-release of 25 June 2009 in which Nexus Floating Production Ltd. ("Nexus" or the "Company") published a summons to a bondholders meeting related to the Company's USD 175 million second lien bond loan asking for a deferral of the interest payments due 24 June 2009. In the bondholders meeting held today for the Bond Loan, the proposal to defer the interest payment dates until 6 July 2009 for the USD 175 million second lien bond loan was approved.
