Asking bondholders to further defer interest payments

The Company will today issue a new summons to a bondholders meeting to be held 3 July 2009 in which the bondholders are asked to  further defer the interest payment  dates until 6 July  2009 for the USD 175 million second lien bond loan. This  will give the Company more  time to continue the discussions with its banks and bondholders in order to seek a long-term solution to its challenges related to  the delivery of Nexus 1.
